Artists
Munderful Studio is proud to showcase artists who create because they simply cannot stop. These are people that stick their grubby fingers in every creative pie they can regardless of genre or medium.
We can't wait to see what happens when they combine forces on a single project... perhaps world domination? World peace? Something in between?
Meet the Munderful people making art for you to enjoy:

Emily Grobe
BROWSE EMILY'S WORKS HERE
Emily is primarily a relief printmaker but creates in many mediums including paint and fiber. She recently published her first children's book, Differences, and is exploring where the author / illustrator journey will take her.
Her work through the years has ranged from conceptual abstraction to political commentary to silly illustrative styles, running back and forth on the scale and combining all three in some cases.
In her professional life Emily works in graphic design and marketing in the nonprofit sector. For examples of her design work, visit emilygrobe.com.

Maddie Grobe [Works Coming Soon]
Maddie Grobe is an artist hailing from Rockford, Illinois. Her traditional style colored-pencil and mixed-media drawings focus on wildlife, natural landscapes, or whatever whimsical idea has struck her at the moment.
A mild-mannered horticulturist by day but aggressively asleep by night, she spends her spare time making art, reading books, and getting curious about things. She is frequently shocked by the effectiveness of a nice, brisk walk.

Beadle Roeming [Works Coming Soon]
Beadle Roeming is not, in fact, a beetle, but finds the whole idea very amusing. A poet born in northern Illinois, Beadle finds inspiration in nature and mundanity (breathtaking in its own right), often twisting soft-hearted sentiments with absurdist, pun-filled humor. Her work offers an intimate, unconventional perspective, and a good chance to laugh, cry, or maybe just sit and stare off into space for a while.
Beadle enjoys playing a variety of instruments, cooks wild dinners, draws, and goes foraging every time she remembers the plant she wanted to find is pretty much out of season already. She mostly has a good time.
